For 3 months, you will be guided through a high intensity small group training 2x or 3x per week. Receive access to the Hallais Training App to find complementary home and gym workouts and the nutrition guide. The group training has a limit of 10 participants to ensure everyone gets the attention needed to maximize gains and minimize risk of injuries.

Mar. 4 - Mar. 8
One-on-one check in to ensure progress is happening as expected. Learn more about nutrition and workouts to maximize your gains. Contact me to schedule a time.
Jan. 28 - Feb. 1
Complete your first weigh in and body fat measurements within the first week of training. Measure your baseline and let me create the best plan to achieve your goal.
March 9
Invite family and friends to this exciting workout event. This will be your time to shine. Show off what you have learned and how much you have improved. It will be a fun partner or group games competition much like the crossfit games.
Jan. 28 - Apr. 19
Train with other highly motivated participants with similar goals and reap the benefits of the group training. Log other workouts through the Hallais Training App to get faster results.
Apr. 17 - 19
Complete your last weigh-in and measurements, and set new goals!

Group Classes Description
All classes are complementary to optimize results for muscular strength, endurance and overall cardiovascular conditioning
Pure Strength
Build overall strength and develop lean muscle mass. This workout focuses on full-body strength while exercising several muscle groups at once.
Metabolic Circuit Bootcamp
A high-intensity circuit training designed to ramp up your calorie burn and work capacity. Builds lean muscle mass by boosting both muscular strength and endurance.
Happy Hour Cross Training
Fast-paced class combining functional exercises, such as deadlifts and pull ups, to conditioning exercises like sled push and battle rope. This crossfit-style training pushes your body limits and is sure to make your muscles and lungs burn.
